During the journey we will visit the petroglyphs (anthropomorphic and zoomorphic drawings) and then visit Queñua (traditional village of where you can see “Andenería” formed on the banks of a river gorge); finally we will begin our 3 hour trek to the Cataract of Sogay, full of hills and valleys. The village has a Republican church and a number of houses that accompany entry to the path, leading to a group of cataracts in the narrowest part of the creek. The walk towards it is filled with beautiful scenery. At the end of the path we will have lunch. Upon return to Sogay we can see a 500 year old mill where once stood a colonial house.
